Returns Policy
Returns requests are subject to the following conditions being met in order to be approved:
– Notify us via email that you wish to return your item. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return. Email the above information to service@happybags.top.
– The product must be completely in its original condition. This means that the product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
– All seals on the product and our price tags must remain intact. The receipt will also show where one or more seals were attached to the product.
– All accompanying accessories (if any), such as dust bags, boxes, or original receipts and other documents, must be returned with the corresponding product and our receipt and must be in the same condition as when you received the product.
– The right of return begins on the date you receive the product.
